Non-defective Returns Policy
Venom Communications aims to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund, less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine condition in their original box packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than perfectly saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.

How to Return Orders
Returns must be made in writing directly to Venom Communications. When returning your order to us, please include the product, your original receipt and a covering letter with your name, address, email and phone details, the reason for returning the product and if you require a refund or an exchange. Please note: it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or to exchange a faulty item. You must also include your original receipt. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 14-day period.
For both UK and International customers you make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 7 days to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. Again, we recommend that you send your parcel by traceable method, such as recorded delivery where you will be able to trace delivery.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please note that it may take 2-3 days working days for the refunds to show in your account from the date that the refund has been confirmed.
Your purchase is covered by a limited warranty. If you return a product that is faulty, we will offer you a full refund or replacement upon confirmation of the fault. See our Warranty page for more information.
