Warranty

Who is covered?

Venom Communications' limited warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original purchaser. An original sales receipt from the authorised retailer is required for warranty service.

What is covered?

Venom Communications warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials (under normal use) for a period of one year from the original purchase date.

What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear of product use.
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
  • Use of the product other than for its intended use.
  • Product modifications or alterations.
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance.
  • Any product that is not manufactured by Venom Communications.
  • Products without the original receipt.

How to make a warranty claim

Warranty claims must be made in writing directly to Venom Communications. Once we receive your returned product we will evaluate your claim within 10 workings days to determine whether the returned product conforms to this limited warranty.

When returning your defective product to us, please include your original receipt and a covering letter with your name, address, email and phone details, along with a description of the fault. Please post your package using a trackable shipping method to:

If you live outside the UK, in the first instance please email us at enquiries__AT__venomcomms__DOT__com with your details and attach photos of the product and original receipt.

If Venom Communications determines that there is no fault found with your returned product or the returned product is not eligible for warranty service, the product will be shipped back to you at Venom Communications' expense.

If Venom Communications determines that there is a warranted defect in the product, Venom Communications will remedy the defect under the limited warranty. Venom Communications aim to remedy/replace items within 10 working days of the original assessment.

Venom Communications is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Venom Communications. We recommend that you ship your returned product to Venom Communications by a trackable shipping method.

All products returned to Venom Communications will be subject to review for authenticity. Products that are found to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Venom Communications legal department for action. Counterfeit cases will not be returned and consumers should seek compensation from their original place of purchase.
